COVID Schutzkonzept

    1. Grundsätze

    • Wir zählen auf die Eigenverantwortung, gegenseitige Rücksicht und Selbstdisziplin aller Teilnehmenden.
    • Es gelten die Massnahmen welche die Weisse Arena AG (WAG) auf der Basis der Anordnungen der Behörden für die Nutzung ihrer Anlagen und Einrichtungen insb. Gastronomiebetriebe definiert hat.

      • Die allgemeinen Abstands- und Hygieneregeln einzuhalten.
      • Den Anweisungen der Organisatoren und/oder der WAG in Bezug zu COVID-19 zu folgen insb. bez. Tragen von Mund-Nasen-Bedeckungen/ Masken
      • Bei der Anmeldung korrekte Angaben zu ihren Kontaktdaten abzugeben
      • Bei akuten Krankheitssymptomen auf die Teilnahme zu verzichten
      • Bei einer bestätigten Erkrankung, welche innerhalb 10 Tagen nach dem Moonwalk aufgetreten ist, sich bei den Organisatoren sowie den zuständigen Behörden zu melden, damit die anderen Teilnehmenden informiert werden können.
    • COVID-Zertifikat
      • Die Durchsetzung der Zertifikatspflicht geschieht in Abstimmung mit den behördlichen Anord-nungen und den Regeln der WAG.
      • Im Falle einer Anwendung des COVID-Zertifikates, d.h. Zulassung nur mit gültigem Zertifikat, wird die Kontrolle beim Check-in durch das OK sichergestellt. Teilnehmende ohne gültiges Zertifikat werden abgewiesen.
    • Die Teilnehmenden werden bei der Anmeldung auf das Schutzkonzept hingewiesen und verpflichten sich durch die Anmeldung zu dessen Einhaltung; dazu gehört auch eine allfällige COVID-Zertifikatspflicht.

    2. Vor dem Event

    • Alle Teilnehmenden müssen sich über die Webpage (www.the-moonwalk.ch) vorgängig registrieren.
    • Der Verein «Moonwalkers Flims» erfasst bei der Anmeldung für jede teilnehmende Person:
      • Vorname, Name
      • PLZ, Wohnort, Land
      • Mobiltelefon-Nummer
      • Emailadresse
    • Auf eine Verifikation der Angaben wird verzichtet. Die Teilnehmenden haften selbst für korrekte Angaben.

    3. Anreise

    • Gem. Vorgaben für Öffentlicher Verkehr der zuständigen Behörden

    4. Besammlung/ Check-in

    • Durch die Vorerfassung der Kontaktdaten bei der Anmeldung, wird die Dauer des eigentlichen Check-ins/ Bezahlung minimiert.
    • Die Teilnehmenden werden aufgefordert, sich auf dem Gelände der Bergstation zu verteilen und so Ansammlungen von Personen zu vermeiden.

    5. Aufstieg

    • Der Aufstieg erfolgt individuell oder in kleinen Gruppen und zieht sich nach der Erfahrung der letzten Durchführungen schnell auseinander.
    • Ggf. wird der Start gestaffelt z.B. nach Leistung/ Ambitionen durchgeführt.

    6. Aufenthalt auf Segneshütte

    • Es gelten die Vorgaben der WAG für ihre Restaurationsbetriebe.

    7. Abfahrt ins Tal

    • Die Abfahrt erfolgt nach Vorgaben der WAG für den Wintersport auf ihren Anlagen.

    COVID Protection Concept

    1. Principles

    • We count on the personal responsibility, mutual respect and self-discipline of all participants.
    • The measures defined by the Weisse Arena AG (WAG) on the basis of the orders of the authorities for the use of their facilities and equipment, especially catering establishments, apply.

      • To observe the general rules of distance and hygiene.
      • To follow the instructions of the organizers and/or the WAG regarding COVID-19, especially regarding the wearing of mouth and nose coverings/masks.
      • To provide correct information about their contact details at the time of registration.
      • To refrain from participation in case of acute symptoms of illness.
      • In case of confirmed illness within 10 days after the moonwalk, to report to the organizers and the relevant authorities so that the other participants can be informed.
    • COVID Certificate
      • The enforcement of the certificate obligation is done in accordance with the official orders and the rules of the WAG.
      • In case of application of the COVID certificate, i.e. admission only with valid certificate, the control at check-in will be ensured by the OC. Participants without a valid certificate will be rejected.
    • The participants will be informed about the protection concept during registration and commit themselves to comply with it by registering; this also includes a possible COVID certificate obligation.

    2. Before the Event

    • All participants must register in advance via the webpage (www.the-moonwalk.ch).
    • The association "Moonwalkers Flims" records for each participating person at the registration:
      • First name, last name
      • Postal code, place of residence, country
      • Cell phone number
      • Email address
    • A verification of the data is waived. The participants are responsible for the correctness of their data.

    3. Arrival

    • According to specifications for public transport of the responsible authorities

    4. Meeting/ check-in

    • By pre-recording contact information at registration, the duration of the actual check-in/payment is minimized.
    • Participants are encouraged to spread out around the mountain station area to avoid clusters of people.

    5. Ascent

    • The ascent takes place individually or in small groups and pulls apart quickly after the experience of the last runs.
    • If necessary, the start is staggered e.g. according to performance / ambition.

    6. Stay at Segneshütte

    • WAG's guidelines for its restaurant operations apply.

    7. Descent to Valley

    • The descent is carried out according to the rules of WAG for winter sports on their facilities.
